Promising synergy

Altas Technologies, a rapidly growing research and technology firm, is backed by founders of leading algorithmic trading houses and exchanges. With a strong focus on cutting-edge technology and data-driven solutions, Altas Technologies continuously seeks exceptional problem solvers to co-create the future of trading.

Meanwhile, IMC has been a prominent global market maker for over three decades, providing liquidity to financial markets worldwide. The company is also renowned for delivering optimal value and risk outcomes for investors, as well as for its commitment to investing in competitive and innovative trading technologies. In 2023, prior to the acquisition of Atlas Technologies, the company made several other strategic moves, including taking part in MEMX’s strategic equity round of funding and providing a strategic investment to Clear Street, an independent prime broker based in New York.

The firm also introduced “Prosperity,” a new global challenge for students worldwide to bring prosperity to their virtual island through trading.

The collaboration between Altas Technologies and IMC promises a powerful combination of Altas Technologies’ expertise in automated systems for predicting and trading on financial markets and IMC’s extensive experience as a leading global market maker specialising in algorithmic trading.
