Italian startup Talent Garden raises €44M to open new co-working spaces in Europe

Italian digital innovation and co-working ecosystem Talent Garden has a network covering 18 European cities. Unlike the other co-working service providers, this one puts education as well as innovation at the forefront in developing its community and coming up with new ways to connect flexible work and education environments. It is used by those entrepreneurs and businesses that are undergoing a digital transformation.

Raises €44 million funding

Talent Garden has just secured €44 million funding from an array of investors including Tamburi Investment Partners, Indaco Ventures, Social Capital and some major Family Officers in Europe.

The company plans to open 20 new co-working campuses in the next three years. This new funding round will be used for the further expansion of the company in Europe. It is in plans to open a new location in Madrid and Barcelona in Spain and one in France this year. Talent Garden also plans to open locations in Italy where it has over 10 campuses and Austria, where it recently opened one.

The company also aims to expand into new markets including Benelux, Israel, Germany and CEE region. It is also prepping a special campus project in San Francisco and the same is pegged to be opened in 2020.

Recently, Talent Garden opened a new campus in Dublin along with the partnership with Dublin City University. It also opened a joint venture with Rainmaking Loft in Denmark. There are over three campuses across Copenhagen. The company is still looking for more locations in the Nordic markets.

Strong local partners

Talent Garden works with the strong local partners including corporates, institutions, entrepreneurs and other innovation ecosystem stakeholders. These partners include Google for Startups, Cisco, Startup300, Rainmaking, Mini, Raiffeisen Bank International, Dublin City University and over 150 big corporations across Europe.
