At the EIT Digital Master School Kick-Off, about 400 newly enrolled students came together in Paris to mark the start of the new European academic year. One of them was Gijs Wissing, who is already dreaming of launching one or more startups. He has a mission: he wants to make autonomous things sexier and show that they are not dangerous. Let’s meet him.
Wissing studied Aerospace Engineering at the Delft University of Technology and is now enrolled at the EIT Digital Master School on the Autonomous Systems programme. Hence, he took part in the EIT Digital Master School Kick-Off in Paris hosted by EIT Digital’s partner Sorbonne Université. 400 international students from eight different technical master programmes worked together on business pitches in fifty teams for three days, from 25-27 October.
