The Netherlands-based HYPR Media Services Holding announced on Tuesday that it has acquired ToLocal to revolutionise the way agencies and national advertisers run hyperlocal ads.
According to HYPR Media Services, the acquisition will make it easier than ever for advertisers and media agencies to book print and online ads across 1,200 local websites and door-to-door newspapers.
HYPR Media, which operates under HMSH, is a collective of door-to-door publishers with over 65 per cent of circulation in the Netherlands.
The acquisition of ToLocal will enable HMSH to offer a comprehensive suite of local advertising solutions to advertisers and media agencies.
